Aigine’s tools

We structure data in four steps in a system based on a unique AI solution running in IBM’s proven environment. In Aigine’s system, the code required for learning AI locally is created. No information leaves the customer. This means that the AI system learned from a customer sharpens the cognitive abilities throughout the system, to the benefit of all customers. The entire system thus receives continuously improved filtering, marking and proposals for a legal basis.

1. Filters
Aigine scans all data sources and sorts out documents that do not contain personal data. Your staff read through documents that do not need to be reviewed.

2. Marks
Aigine presents the documents with the presumptive personal data marked. This makes the reading much faster.

3. Analyzes
Aigine helps you find and propose the legal basis through a contextual knowledge database and AI. The analysis is faster and can be done by staff without legal training.

4. Document
Aigine’s interface directly indicates the legal basis for the document. This saves you time because you do not have to document the decision separately.
